The latest Brisbane vacancy rates have been announced, with the Real Estate Institute (REIQ) surveying their members to determine how many rental homes are currently untenanted. Across Brisbane City 98.4% of rental properties were occupied as at the end of September. This is the lowest vacancy rate we’ve seen since 2008.
The orange band of 2.5% to 3.5% is what the REIQ consider a balanced market, with not too much or too little supply.
