Spring Hill sales market updates: Well qualified buyers waiting!
The market has been confronted with a higher level of uncertainty with the election and changing bank criteria looming over everyone heads. Right now, it is crucial to have a well-priced listing as it generates solid enquiry in the current market. Why? There are still well qualified buyers talking to us as they recognise this is one of best buying opportunities in recent years.
Interstate investors see the value in what the Brisbane market has to offer. Compared to Sydney and Melbourne who have very aggressive rises and falls over short time periods, we see Spring Hill and other surrounding suburbs offer a more gradual median apartment price change. There has also been more sales of established/2nd hand stock as southern investors appear to be paying closer attention to the sunshine state. The strengthening rental market is adding to our appeal, and we’re currently short of listings to offer these buyers.
