A full review of the Act is currently underway and in June 2007 Bees Nees City Realty hosted a breakfast seminar discussing the proposed changes to the Residential Tenancies Act. It was great to have two of the RTA’s key people explain what’s happening and Fergus Smith and David Breen fielded a lot of questions. There’s no doubt many landlords are concerned about the impact of the proposals and we included those comments in a formal submission we made to the RTA following the breakfast.
