In 2010 Regan become an equity owner in Bees Nees City Realty, cementing his commitment to Brisbane’s inner-city property market, with a special interest in South Brisbane apartments and executive Riverside homes.

With a solid sales background in new homes and new vehicles Regan's a former peanut-muncher from Kingaroy who, like many raised in the country, impresses with his easy communication style. He began his working career with Toyota as a trainee and soon became the company’s leading passenger car salesperson, helping to win the Australian Dealer of year in 2004. Regan then went on to become the recipient of the coveted Toyota Presidents award for passenger car sales in 2005.

He then moved on to the property industry in late 2005, working with one of Australia's biggest project builders, G.J. Gardner Homes. Helping clients through the daunting process of designing and building their homes Regan understands the often raw emotions of real estate. Since joining the Bees Nees team in 2007 he's established a reputation for first-class service and always keeping his seller clients well-informed. A career Salesperson, Regan’s dogged negotiation style has seen him achieve many sales at or above the listed price, and many at a time when other agents simply left the industry.

Given the chance to escape the everyday Regan's an intrepid pilot, a passion that started for him at age thirteen. Regular trips have him visiting the many spectacular areas of south west Queensland, often getting back to his country roots and fulfilling his need for adventure. Whilst dreaming of one day competing in the Red Bull Air Race, Regan's passion for helping his clients and genuine enjoyment of what he does, ensures his feet are firmly on the ground!
