Keryn joined the property industry in 1991 and worked as a property manager for a number of years. During that time the business managed a portfolio of over 1000 residential properties so she knows the industry inside out! She’s also worked in travel, public relations and event management, most recently in the office of Brisbane’s Lord Mayor. This role included co-ordination of Brisbane’s international sister city relationships.

Having relocated from Queensland to Western Australia and back again, and from Townsville to Brisbane in 2000, Keryn understands what's involved with moving to a new city and how daunting it can be.  That's one of the reasons she's the best person to help make your move as stress-free as possible. Having lived in Brisbane for over ten years now Keryn is very much a Larry Local.

A property investor herself, Keryn’s been a licensed real estate agent since 1995 and holds an Advanced Certificate of Real Estate Management. Outside work Keryn’s a proud mum to Sophie and Amelie and, in her spare time, loves taking regular singing lessons. She's looking forward to participating in Chorus Oz at the Sydney Opera House in June 2011.

Kerry raised a family in North Queensland and worked in the physiotherapy industry for a number of years before joining a real estate agency. In 2010 she felt she needed a sea change and moved to the bright city lights of Brisbane.  Most recently Kerry worked with Brisbane's largest corporate hotels and apartments operator in their client service division. She's now responsible for many of Bees Nees' support roles.

Kerry calls inner-Brisbane's West End home and in her spare time she's a gym fanatic who's out on the Brisbane River four times a week training for outrigging.  Her favourite passtimes are outrigger regattas at the Gold Coast, travelling and enjoying a good coffee or dining out with friends.

Clint last worked with the ASX 200’s Wesfarmers Ltd where he headed the Brisbane admin team in their Energy division. He joined that business in 2000 and his responsibilities included accounting and financial control, as well as client services in distribution of LPG to both Wesfarmers and BP Australia customers. Clint has also worked with Suncorp in their loans department so he’s got a good understanding of life as a property owner.

A long-time bean-counter Clint manages the finances for Bees Nees Executive Relocations and the trust accounts for Bees Nees City Realty. He’s also the guy making sure all our back office systems are working smoothly! Brisbane born and bred, Clint and wife Anita are avid home renovators and enjoy entertaining friends. The fitness masochist of our team, Clint’s been known to compete in triathlons and is a regular gym goer.

Rob's currently celebrating his 20th year in real estate. He's the Managing Director of BNE Relocation's sister company, Bees Nees City Realty, and is an elected Director and Board Member of the Real Estate Institute of Queensland. His career began in Brisbane in 1991 and sound property experience included a role as Brisbane General Manager and Director of a family business in real estate, home building and property development. He led the design, marketing and sales teams for several of the company's projects including Indooroopilly's "Ikon Apartments", South Bank's "Galleria" and the 191 apartment "Oxygen" project at Spring Hill.

In 2004 he was appointed State Manager - Sales and Marketing with a public company property developer, and oversaw sales and promotional campaigns for $2 billion of apartment, townhouse and land projects, including a 79 storey Brisbane CBD tower.

Rob's a former REIQ Salesperson of the Year (Townsville), has served as an REIQ Branch President and holds a Diploma of Business, Advanced Certificate of Real Estate Management and a Bachelor of Arts.

He founded Bees Nees City Realty in early 2006. A keen property investor himself Rob's other passion is of course his family - wife Keryn and beautiful daughters Sophie and Amelie!
