The owner will be advised and the relevant tradesperson contacted as soon as possible. Where there's any delay we'll keep you informed.

We're not able to organize appointments with contractors and they can advise an approximate time of attendance only. You're entitled to be present but having them use the spare keys is the quickest way to have the repair is attended to. If your access arrangements for a tradesperson are not kept by you, you'll be required to pay any additional callout fee.

Bees Nees City Realty only use experienced and trusted maintenance organizations that have a long association with our industry and are licensed as necessary.

Repairs attributable to tenants' actions will be charged to the tenant.
