All landlords receive a free professional photography session at their property when it's coming vacant: pics and a floorplan that we use in all internet marketing for vacancy. These are only used in property sales by others but we believe the leasing of your investment is just as important. With a value of approx $270 it’s our shout and we’ll happily provide you with a full copy for your file.

5. Your Money Sooner...

Don’t wait til the end of month to receive your rental proceeds. We do a payment of all available and cleared funds into your bank account every Friday, as well as our usual end of month rollover and statement. Of course if you’d prefer it stay in the trust account with the Govt earning the interest just let us know!

6. Regular Photos of Your Property

Yes we do regular Agent Property Inspections and we give you a written report. But Bees Nees take it further…. Typically agents only report current maintenance issues but over time the “fair wear and tear” on your property adds up. We’ll give you photos from every inspection so you stay familiar with the condition of your investment. And on request we’ll also do a refurbishment audit – a written outline of the items we recommend you plan to update during the next 5 years.

7. Your Property Info At Your Fingertips

Your secure online login to a dedicated website gives you 24/7 access to your property info including current rent and lease details and copies of previous statements. Easy!

8. Guarantee of Service

We’re prepared to put our money where our mouth is…. We’ve outlined our service in full detail in writing but if you ever believe we’ve failed to deliver as promised we’ll manage your property for zero management fees for the next month. Of course at any time you have the right to transfer management to another agent and we don’t insist on 3 months notice. If you’re unhappy and we can’t fix the problem we’d prefer to help you transfer the management over a 30 day period.
