Brisbane born and bred Josh has a thorough knowledge of the inner city and why so many locals want to call it home! He also has a strong understanding of the real estate investment process from start to finish, growing up in a family of keen inner city investors.

Energetic and motivated, Josh’s experience before Bees Nees has given him a firm grounding in sales. Josh earned his ‘negotiating stripes’ in the toughest of industries – electrical and whitegoods sales! More than 5 years of retail included gongs from RT Edwards for ‘Young Salesperson Of The Year 2007 and 2008.   Josh has also completed Certificate III in Retail Operations. Josh is currently completing a Bachelor of Business Management with a major in Real Estate and Development at The University of Queensland.

Out of the office you’ll find Josh at a BBQ with mates, enjoying the footy (whatever code is on that day), or even driving balls down the fairway on a rare day off.
