Property Management Administration Manager
Experience is hard to replace in the world of property management. And Dianne is irreplaceable! Joining the industry in 1978 with a position at the Real Estate Institute of NSW she's seen and heard every "why I can't pay my rent" story from a variety of tenants in all economic circumstances! She has a breadth of understanding that adds real value for our client.
Di moved back to Brisbane in 1988 and joined a fledgling agency that eventually went on to finally manage more than 4500 properties over 5 branch offices. During more than a decade with that company she held various roles including Branch Manager, and was often the agency's "trouble-shooter", sent in to fix client service problems. The agency was considered Brisbane's leader in property management for good reason. Dianne also worked on their contract with the Department of Housing to run property management services for government housing by private enterprise.
Di keeps fit with regular tennis matches and walking, and last year bought a campervan to indulge her love of the outdoors. She's planning more weekend escapes in coming months and of course if the hours get too long at Bees Nees she can always set up camp here in the carpark!
