We’re prepared to put our money where our mouth is…. We’ve outlined our service in full detail in writing but if you ever believe we’ve failed to deliver as promised we’ll manage your property for zero management fees for the following month. Of course at any time you have the right to transfer management to another agent and we don’t insist on 3 months notice. If you’re unhappy and we can’t fix the problem we’d prefer to help you transfer the management over a 30 day period.
