Anne first worked in holiday property management while island hopping around Australia during the mid 80’s. Upon her return, she stored her sarongs & 5 surf boards away & began a career in the entertainment industry, where she built an impressive record of achievements.  Through a series of progressively responsible state and national sales managerial roles, Anne successfully led high growth ventures into new markets and achieved billion dollar targets. Once she realized her professional objectives in this environment, she set her sights on ‘greener pastures’!

Anne returned to her first love, property management, over 12 years ago managing a portfolio of over 400 properties.  She quickly realised that this industry still had a long way to go before it met her high standard of service and performance.  Armed with qualifications and Degrees in Psychology, Business & Marketing, Anne quickly advanced into managerial roles with some of Queensland’s largest and most progressive organisations. Throughout this period she successfully held branch, divisional and general Management positions with rent rolls of over 3000 properties.  Ultimately, Anne has a genuine drive & passion to raise the quality of our industry, by improving the level of service and the resources required to achieve this goal.

Away from it all, you could find Anne curled up with one of her hundreds of ‘yet to read’ books, or sipping a ‘good strong caffe’ with friends and of course there is always that chance that you may see her still trying to ‘hang ten’ on one of those old surfboards at the break of day!
