Spring Hill sales market update: Low numbers but buyers busy looking!
In the Spring Hill real estate market houses are in high demand yet only about 20-25 houses are sold in this suburb each year, with a median house price of just over $900,000. When houses hit the market we have buyers waiting.
The Spring Hill apartment market had a big spike a couple of years ago when apartments in ‘The Johnson’ were being sold and settled. Since then we have returned to the 150 – 170 Spring Hill apartment sales per year with a median sale price of $410,000.
It is no secret that apartment prices have been decreasing over the last couple of years, but so far in 2018 we have found the decline seems to have plateaued and owners who are prepared to meet the market are finding solid demand.
