Population growth can have a major impact on real estate so here’s a quick look at ABS data for the past 30 years in Queensland. Our state’s population grew 85% over those 3 decades, and it’s now at more than 4.8 million. Over that same time Australia’s population rose 51%, so more than 1 in 5 can now call themselves a Queenslander.
