Brisbane’s home prices saw a 0.43% rise during August, according to the latest Core Logic Hedonic Home Value Index. Here’s all their latest numbers:
- The past 12 months saw home prices up 7% on the 8 Capital Cities aggregate across Australia
- Brisbane’s homes are now 4.35% higher than at the same time last year
- Sydney’s increase in home prices was 9.39%, just above Melbourne where prices rose 9.10% over the past year – At $479,000 the median price dwelling in our city is 63% cheaper than Sydney
- The Index reports Brisbane apartments rose by 0.19% during August, while our houses were up 0.45%
