Spice Apartments – The first riverfront property in South Brisbane in over 20 years!

For those of you who use the Go Between Bridge, you’d have noticed Spice Apartments nearing its much anticipated completion. The site located on the corner of Bouquet Street and Montague Road will soon be home to the first riverfront apartment building completed in South Brisbane since 1994, when the area welcomed Riviera Terraced Villas (50 Lower River Terrace). With so much of the suburb devoted to the state’s cultural hub and 17 hectare South Bank Parklands, water view sites in South Brisbane are rare to come by, especially those with river frontage!

Originally the site was part of the Go Between Bridge development with this land being excess so subdivided and sold. Positioned right on the edge of the Brisbane River, the two tower development offers north facing apartments, capturing city and Mt Coot-tha views.

Have you purchased in Spice Apartments and are curious as to where your apartment will sit in today’s rental market? Need a Spice property manager? Our office has strong enquiry from tenants looking for brand new South Brisbane apartments to rent. And we’d love to help!
