Spring Hill

Spring Hill goes loopy

This was going to be a great pic of one of the buses that’s part of Spring Hill’s very handy loop service. But these big yellow people-movers are a bit fast for this amateur photographer.

Many locals forget about this free bus service. It runs Monday to Friday, approx every ten minutes from 7am to 6pm, and links a big chunk of Spring Hill real estate with the CBD.

Traveling anti-clockwise through Upper Edward, Little Edward and Boundary Streets, Gregory Terrace and finally Wickham Terrace, it then runs past Central Station, across the bottom of the Queen Street Mall and into the Golden Triangle of the commercial precinct. For locals wanting a quick and free ride to work, the train or shopping, it’s a smart option.

Just another benefit of living in the city.
