Other comments | The Gabba Central is a forward thinking building in terms of the designs of the interior of its apartments. They is a range to choose from them being 1 , 2 and 3 bedroom mostly 2 bedroom designs. The great thing about it is that for each sized apartment there are as many different kinds of floor plans as there are rooms.
With a busway at the doorstep and the constructions of the Cross River Rail this means commuting to and from work in the city will never be this convenient again. As well as a short drive to express tunnels to the Brisbane airport, Gabba central is unique in its connectivity. The Antique area with cafes and restaurants across the road and numerous restaurants and pubs a short walk away Gabba Centrals location offers a great lifestyle for residents. |

We are moving offices and are looking for car parks around gabba central. Are there any tenants in gabba central that would look at renting out their car spaces? Or would the body corporate be looking at renting them out as well?

Hi Rebecca. Like most apartment buildings Gabba Central does have limitations on resident carparks only being used by residents of the building. That’s not to say there aren’t any rented to ‘outsiders’, juts that it’s not permitted by the body corp.
